Prof. Dr. Minhaj A. Qidwai is a distinguished healthcare strategist, academic leader, and pioneer with over 40 years of international experience across Pakistan, the Middle East, and North America. Currently serving as the Dean of Allied Health & Medical Sciences at Al-Kawthar University, he is widely recognized for his transformative contributions to healthcare governance and education. Dr. Qidwai’s academic foundation includes an M.B.B.S. from Dow Medical College, followed by an MPH from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from the University of Hawaii, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation from Canada.
